Our Christmas special this tear will be the magnificent Garides Saganaki. This vibrant dish from the Greek Islands is made with succulent prawns, tangy feta and a splash of aromatic ouzo and will be available throughout December!
The name Saganaki comes from the small frying pan used to make it, It's the ripe fresh tomatoes on the vine that really bring this dish alive. The shrimps are first sautéed in the pan and then deglazed with lots of ouzo. Then follow the Feta cheese and tomatoes. This has been a staple on our Christmas menu for a few years now and is well loved by our lovely customers.
